Continuing and Innovative Education at the University of Texas (CIE) was looking for a design that could showcase the units under the CIE umbrella. One of the challenges was that each division were different. You can take college classes at University Extension or get course credits at the migrant program for foreign students. My goal was try to piece everything together so that it feels like the same place for e-commerce. There was also a request to display ads for each unit from the homepage and my solution was to use a slider that randomizes feature courses.
Design for the UT System website. I got rid of the slider and put the feature news as a standalone item. Also made a new module that display the top news that showcase the biggest news from the 14 institutions.
UT4U is a portal site for employees.
The Ninth Judicial Circuit Historical Society (NJCHS) was founded in 1985 to collect, preserve, and present to the public the history of law in the western United States and the Pacific Islands and educates children and the general public about the judicial system, the rule of law, and other civic values.
What I did here was keep the colors monochromatic to emphasis the times during the Civil Rights movement. When you hover over the four main items, it display colors from orange, blue, yellow, and green. The client loved the idea of keeping it simple.
Tom Ford had a Flash site and it was difficult to add a form the website. I design and built this page to work with the email marketing provider called Bronto. This was Tom Ford's homepage for months until they worked on the new non-Flash redesign.
Each link underneath the logo was the form in different languages. I used a jquery plugin to switch out the text.
The last image was a concept for their homepage before they started production for their new site with their own marketing team.

This was the original redesign for Continuing and Innovative Education. The client wanted to see what the site would look like without using sliders. This was for their news site. Also attached are the mobile views.
University Extension (UEX) provides a range of educational opportunities to members of the Austin community and beyond. They offer flexible course options and formats to individuals seeking college credit from The University of Texas at Austin.
UEX wanted a modern design that targeted a younger, mid-twenties to early thirties demographic to get more students looking to extend their education.
Earnestsewn is a designer jean company based in New York City and Los Angeles. Their site is monochromatic and using clean, easy to read font. This was the first time I used responsive backgrounds. In future renditions, the background changes per visitors with wide view photos.
I also did their design for their new website (in progress).
